Sometimes our couriers will leave you a card similar to this above. Don’t worry too much, we still have your freight!
There are a couple of reasons for this…..
- No one was home at the time our staff attempted delivery
- We were unable to access your gate
- Your driveway was to rough or you had low hanging trees or branches which prevented our vehicles to access your house
- You had big mean dogs wanting to bite our staff
All you have to do is either jump online at http://www.swmy.com.au and complete the questions requesting a redelivery or depot collection
